How It Works • Fixed Window • Enforced Outcomes

A fixed window. A controlled process. No drift.

BBP takes control of time, cash, and compliance to force a final decision. This is not advisory. It is an enforced operating process.

The process has three steps.

Each step removes ambiguity. Each step reduces time to a forced outcome.

Step 1: Cash Calendar

We rebuild reality using a cash-first operating calendar.

Step 2: Mandatory Actions

We impose 3–5 actions with deadlines that change cash within weeks.

Step 3: Compliance Loop

Missed deadlines escalate. Non-compliance triggers EXIT.

Step 1: We rebuild reality.

Forecasts and stories are noise. We use a cash-first calendar to show the only things that matter: what cash is free, what cash is committed, and what cash is illusory.

  • Free Cash — available to operate
  • Committed Cash — obligations you cannot ignore
  • Illusory Cash — “money” that disappears on contact
  • Runway — weeks until cash breaks
  • Next Fatal Date — the next point of irreversible failure
The Cash Calendar controls time perception. It ends denial.

Output

  • One calendar view of survival
  • Weekly runway (not monthly guesses)
  • Known shocks made explicit (VAT/GST, rent, payroll)
  • Decision window set to 30 / 60 / 90 days

If the calendar says you die in 6 weeks, your strategy deck is irrelevant.

Action rules

  • Maximum 3–5 actions
  • Owner-controlled only (no “waiting on others”)
  • Cash impact within 14–30 days
  • Binary outcomes (done / not done)
  • Fixed deadlines (no renegotiation)

Step 2: We impose actions.

Once reality is clear, we select the smallest action surface that can move cash fast. Actions are mandatory because optional actions do not happen.

Typical action areas include price, labour, rent/obligations, hours/capacity, and capital preservation.

We do not optimise for comfort. We optimise for survival.

Step 3: Compliance is enforced.

The reason most turnarounds fail is not intelligence — it’s drift. BBP prevents drift with a compliance loop.

  • Missed deadlines escalate automatically
  • Resistance shortens the window
  • Non-compliance triggers EXIT

There is no pause button.

Success is not feeling better.

BBP is successful only if, within the decision window:

1) Free Cash > 0

The business stops consuming oxygen.

2) Fatal Date moves out

Runway extends beyond the window.

3) Ethical EXIT executed

Closure happens early, before value destruction.

Anything else is failure — regardless of effort.

If you want advice, don’t apply.

If you want a definitive outcome within 30–90 days — start the intake.

Readiness is assessed. Need alone is not enough.
